How do you recommend taking Christara Phytoceuticals?
We recommend taking our products in 4-6 ounces of water. Never drink directly from the bottle and do not squirt the pipette directly into your mouth as this would potentially contaminate the product with bacteria.

Can I mix different phytoceutical products in the same glass of water?
Generally yes, however there are exceptions that will be noted in the product description.

Should I take the phytoceuticals with meals?
Christara Phytoceuticals can be taken anytime. When taking multiple dosages, spacing them apart will improve absorption.

Do Christara Phytoceuticals need to be refrigerated?
Generally, these products do not need to be refrigerated. We recommend storing them in a cool, dark place. Any products requiring refrigeration will be indicated in the product description.

Can I take phytoceuticals if I am taking prescription drugs?
Every herb has a different composition and chemistry which may or may not be compatible with the medications you are taking. Please consult your doctor prior to starting any new supplements.

Can I take these herbs if I am pregnant?
